Anyone else not able to connect?

I can't seem to connect to WoW europe. I can login fine, but it won't let me log on to a realm. I have tried Scarshield Legion and Steamwheedle Cartel, and I can't connect to either. I'm on a Web Africa Unshaped account.

Anyone else having this problem?

When connecting via a regular shaped SAIX account, I have no trouble at all.

Haven't played all week, but Kasyx I had same problem earlier. Worked fine when using IS unshaped account, but when using SAIX unshaped (Webafrica or AXXESS) I either couldn't log in, or could get authenticated but get stuck at retrieving the char list from the realm.

Smells like our unshaped account from SAIX are not as unshaped as the are charging for, OR Telkom are just clueless...oh....wait...

Well it turns out it was when I tried to use my WA account on the Verizon backbone. When I switched back to SAIX it worked fine.

Really strange.
