Anyone else : Package downgraded by iBurst

It took me a while to figure out what happened - suddenly I was having to buy bandwidth - and the 64k over cap throttle was not working.

We have/had a 1Gb month-to-month contract with Interprise (reseller)
16 November some S.MOODLEY issues a bulk-migration order.

Effective 20 Nov, we have been downgraded to a 700mb Play package.

Anyone else have the same or similar problems ?
I would have expected consultation, notification or something ?
I can't help thinking this is some sort of breach of contract.

They're weird. I'm one of the few lucky iBurst people who rarely has any problems.
Phone and ask them to point out, on a signed piece of paper, where you asked for the downgrade. Then demand to be refunded all your money and to be put on the package of your choice. Then throw stones at them :D (thats my favorite part)
By the way, who'd you sign up with? iBurst is WBS, but you get subs. I'm with Tradepage from durban, and their office is run by well trained monkeys. I don't even bother phoning them, I contact iBurst JHB directly and they're very fast and efficiant to sort out my problems.
