Anyone else using cigarette targuards?

Yes yes yes we know smoking kills etc etc etc.

I am just interested if anyone else is using these tar guards? I started using them about 2 months ago and I have noticed a huge difference .I can play football and exercise longer than before and my chest doesn't get that heavy feeling anymore.

Well my main question is if anyone knows of an ingredient or chemical that can safely remove the tar. I soaked them in some cane last week and gave them a rinse. I got a few smokes out of each one but I would love to know if anything can remove or loosen tar?

I use car guards.

That way I avoid all the tar altogether.

Sounds interesting, i am tired of smoking but i just cannot go through another year of hell quitting.

Not sure actually but my corner cafe sells them. Dude you have to see the amount of tar it catches over like say 3 cigarettes. It will REALLY frighten you into using them from now on. it's disgusting.

Never heard of it before you mentioned them, but bought a pack today at the garage. Will see how it goes.
