Anyone Finding Vox Streaming Slow

Hi,

Anyone also finding VOX streaming slow. I have a 40meg VDSL line and when I stream via KODI it keeps on buffering
 
Past 2 days have been unbearable to be honest, ping to WoW has been like 500ms+

High latency would definitely affect streaming so there must be something going on with Vox at the moment.
 
The past week i have been having issues with streaming.
Youtube is find but Netflix, Showmax and dstv does not go faster then 3-4mbps
i am on a 40mbps vdsl line.
