AKA 12Sky from Aeriagames. I did a quick search on these forums and did not see a thread.

Anyone around here play this game?

It is quite simple as far as MMORPG's go but I am having a huge amount of fun with it.

Basically put this game has three major Martial Arts factions. You choose a character from either one of them and each puts in a different area where you build your character up through "creeping/farming" and PvP (Duel).

I have not got very far and only have a LvL20 character atm but I gathered most of the fun in this game really kicks in when you reach master at over Lvl100. There seems to be a constant battle of sorts between the 3 factions which of course I am unable to participate in yet until I am a master. Otherwise you can join clans/guilds and do quests etc..just like any other MMORPG. Unlike Guild Wars you also always run into others no matter where you are on the map and can challenge them at will or add/join them in a party to help build your XP points.

The only downside I have seen thus far in the game is a limited amount of skills and weapons although the fun side of it more than makes up for this very nicely. The game is also under constant development and we should see new things over time. I also like the fact that you can setup shop at will and trade your items.

It is free to download and play and for this the graphics are amazingly not bad at all :)

I play on the Serenity server as a Guanyin and if any of you would like to join me in a party or add as a friend my player name is Delerius. Also please invite me to your guild for those who can ;):p:p

For the rest just google Twelve Sky if you are keen and you shall find their website and download details...DL is roughly 700Meg-1Gig give or take. If you download the original client the version update takes about 10-15 minutes on 512K ADSL in the launcher.
 
I was thinking of trying 12 skybut from what i have read and researched , Archlord looked like the better choice.
They just reached 500 000 players so there has to be something worth it :P
 
I am not sure how many players there are in total for 12sky but it has one of the most highly rated PvP systems around :) believe it or not I am still addicted to this game and play it almost daily. Latency affects me just a bit however the game itself eats very little bandwidth/cap.

There are two servers running and both are very active with 3 factions on each meaning lots of players.

I have left the serenity server and am now playing as a Jinong on the Devotion server. I am currently at nearly lvl40 with the Jinong and I am aiming to build a strong lvl30-49 AV character with some lvl45 rare items I managed to get and will be enchanting. My name is still Delerius in the game and I am part of Assassin guild now :)

Once my AV character is at it's peak I will start another character and aim for Master level. So whenever there is an AV (Ahmang Valley) clan fight I can just change over to my AV character.

Oh and my current build is a secret :p but it is a very hard hitter esp with multi attack skill.
 
LOL :p but it is free :) free as in free to download and free to play. Alles is gratis!

Basically it is like WoW but more martial arts style fighting lol. I wouldn't say the graphics are as good but the gameplay is awesome for me. I am sure you can youtube some gameplay for a better look :/

If you want a better comparison for WoW then look at Shaiya, same developers as 12sky and also free to play. Shaiya has really awesome graphics and is HUGE!! but the gameplay was not as addictive for me which is more important to me :p
 
Lvl88 - almost lvl90 :D

When I finally reach Lvl100 my eyes will start to glow. Bummed that someone else who started the same time as me is already past lvl100 and will soon reach master lv1.

If any of you ever need help with this game I will be glad to try. Just PM Delerius (Case sensitive) if you are on the devotion server playing as jinong. If you are not Jinong I don't want to know you, in fact I think you are a useless noob and I will own you senseless :p

Tip: If in town disable Faction chat if needs be as spammers are frequenting the servers :/ I think everyone has become fed up and are not reporting them anymore to the mods :( will wait a few more updates and see what happens...they really need a spam filter of sorts :/
