Hi is anyone getting this error in Cape Town. Please respond if you are..Thanks
 
Mine was fine all night, but that doesn't matter because today I cancel. :)
 
IIRC 678 might happen after you install XP SP2.

Try Google the error to find the fix if you have just installed XP SP2 (Check the WindowsUpdate section in Control Panel // Install New Software)
