anyone have experience with Afrihost static ip service?

Long story short, i need a static IP to test a payment gateway.

So signed up for afrihost uncapped + static ip service.

Problem is, they only support a Billion modem.
Their call center is unable to assist on any other model, i'm using a Tp-Link W8951ND router.

Anyone have any experience on this?

How long are you testing it for?

If you do not disconnect your modem the IP stays the same.

yup, i tried this. but when they whitelisted my dynamic ip (3days later) it changed Between eskom, telkom exchange, our dsl connection resets at least once a day....

The only two routers that work with it are the zyxel and the billion.
I used a zyxel for a while and it sucked, it did its job though while I waited for Neotel to install my fibre.

Anybody have any ideas on this?
I have a Cisco 877 modem/router and have tried all kinds of things to setup the afrihost static ip but no joy.
Any insights would be appreciated
