Im actually unable to use my Internet (Telkom), it's
Going down like every 5 minutes.

Then I get an exclamation mark by my wifi signal guess that shows I have to Internet access.

I even restarted my phone and also the router but still the same issue.
 
Yes, I'm having the same problem at home.
My ADSL is with Telkom, but my ISP is WebAfrica.
I suspect it may have something to do with all the rain and lighting we have had.
Try changing your telephone cables and ADSL filter.
Failing that, you will have to ask Telkom to check on their side for damage to their equipment.
 
It's probably their side, hoping they fix this soon.
 
I emailed one of the reps, hoping they fix it.. I got a reply back saying "it could be on our side there's an issue"

So all I can do now is just wait... :/
