Anyone here driven a LHD vehicle with a stick shift?

yes .had a unimog .didnt even notice .only parking is a bugger .also had a lhd jeep .going into parking places with a boom is a bitch .

Parking garages was a problem and toll gates. Overtaking, you tend to look through the car in front of you or peek on the left, then floor it, had a Thema 16V Turbo that was rather quick. Pet hate was sitting in the middle of a big intersection and turning right, if there are other cars in the intersection coming from the opposite side and turning to their right, sitting on the left you can't see if there are cars coming from the front going straight and if it's safe to turn.
