Once again I've been capped (even though I haven't reached my 3g abusage) So I can't browse intl.

I've rebooted the pc and router a few times but notice that DynDNS Updater is showing an error when it tries to update the IP adress, I get this error message:

Current IP address 192.168.1.4 is not public IP address

Any ideas?

What connection (ADSL, iBurst, etc )are you using?
Are you using a router to connect, or is it via PC?

using dlink webbrowser config utility I can see the IP address is 165.146.37.45 any idea how I can see if this is a capped IP?

Not sure about the capped-IP, but your dynamic DNS is picking up your internal private IP address (for you local, wireless network) instead of you public, ADSL IP (165.146.37.45).

You will need a WiFi router with support for the dynamic DNS service you are using, otherwise you will need a modem directly connected to the PC where you use Dynamic DNS.

The 192.168.x.x address range is reserved for internal LANs. It is not routable from the internet.
