So the little metal filter basket in the Mellerware 3-in-1 Coffee Machine got tossed out with the grounds. Gone.
Great, message Mellerware SA for a replacement. Yes, they have them. How much? We'll send you a quote.
Well, to date I've been waiting around 5 months for a frigging quote. I contacted them first in July/August 2018, and I'm still waiting. Being promised time after time, including phone calls with promises but nothing. This has now formed an email chain between me and them 16 emails long (excluding the initial request), and there's a few people being CCed in there now as well.
Yet, no damn quote.
HOW HARD CAN IT BE!?
They won't see a cent from me ever again. I'd rather then support a silly brand like Russell Hobbs - at least you get some sort of customer care if you need it!
