Hi all
Does anyone here make use of iGrow Wealth Management, or perhaps know anything about them?

I am looking at acquiring my first buy-to-let property, and have come across them. I have spoken with them as well.

Any info\feedback on them would be highly appreciated. A Google search didn't really bring up anything worthwhile.

I have requested the numbers from Igrow. I'm warning you its a scam. If you studied even one year of finance you could tell those numbers are complete fabrication. All you are doing is investing in property. If you with Igrow make sure you have between 20 and 30 times the amount per month that they tell you the short fall will be

Its a dishonest scam designed to lure first time investors who know nothing about property

How to invest in physical property:
1) get 20% deposit for bond
2) buy place for 500k-800k (but property where the rent will cover bond repayment and most, if not all costs)
3) rent at at affordable rate (R5k-R7k seems to be the sweet spot for most tenants in SA)
4) enjoy someone else paying off your bond
5) optional: put extra money in to kill bond in under 10 years
6) profit!

How NOT to invest in property:
1) look at website with same marketing/scam template that has been used for every scam or bull**** marketing ploy for last 15 years
2) be convinced that they will make you bajillions
3) buy property anywhere because Wow and stuff
4) other stupid stuff happens because you're a gullible idiot
5) PROFIT! - for them, not for you

You're welcome!

Well put, in other words: Ruuuuuuunnnnnnnn.

Their youtube videos is enough to tell you they're scum.

They need gullible people to buy into their products so they can pay their shortfall on their own properties.

What vampire said earlier is accurate
