I am at Mahikeng and i picked 65574 Rain Mobile Network is not good this days
I understand 65519 and 65538 below to Rain network
 
65573 = 4G for NSA 5G on Rain.

65574 well we don't know what they are doing with that but looks like that plmn id is being broadcasted on all the towers they have coverage on.
