Anyone on here still a screamer customer?

Is there anyone on the forums that are still customers of screamer?

I have been a customers for a while now, and never really had major issues, downtime every now and then, but nothing major. Up until a week ago ....

Screamer has been down for more than a week now, first day they were mum, then on the second day, I received a sms saying they have problems with their upstream provider, and ETA on service will be 24hours, that was about a week ago, phoned the call centre a few times, they just say, "We have no idea when the service will be restored"

So, I was just wondering.

1) Any other people here, still customers, and having the same issues?
2) Any old customers that can give me some info on how to cancel the service? I phoned the call centre again, and they said I should make a request via email, then they will mail me the procedure, and the forms, I sent the mail, but no response yet, and I get this sinking feeling they are not going to respond in a timely manner, in order to squeeze a few more payments out of me...

Hope someone has some info for me.
