Anyone on Neotel Wimax experiencing problems?

I have had problems with Neotel Wimax since yesterday - no internet connectivity.

Anyone knows what's happening?

Haven't logged a call yet - will do so if it's still problematic by the time I get home.

Nope having no issues!!

Had no connectivity from about 16:00 yesterday although I could ping some sites but not others (local & int).
Was ok from about midnight.

I'm having a problem with disconnections... it disconnects for a few minutes and reconnects. I've logged a call and now waiting. This problem has been going on for a week.
