Anyone Pick Up from Kalahari warehous

So looking to pick something up at the warehouse

What is the normal procedure:

• Do I need an ID?
• Can someon pick up on my behalf, what would they need?

Thanks Mr/Miss Sarcastic. I did phone but the call centre is unsure as well. So I was asking if anyone had experience fetching it

In the past all you needed was the order number and pretty much any one can collect. This was a year ago, so not sure if it has changed. Whoever collects will need to sign for it though.
