Btw as a matter of interest, bandwidthplace.com although not seen by some as the best is currently the standard for the companies involved and all testing and reference is done here.

Why do you have to "put your two cents in"... but it's only a "penny for your thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going to?
 
Open tickets ;-) ... BUT if you're going to open the ticket via [email protected] remember to include the following (or they will ask you to call THEM)

1) Username
2) IMEI number (open plastic cover on modem or use the dialler software)
3) the base station you connect to (number + name would help)
4) Your area of residence (do yourself a favour and include city here ;-) )
5) Your RSCP and ISCP values ( available on dialler software of with ProASM's Mysignal.exe)
6) Specfic details of the complaint type and duration.

Get and KEEP the ticket number (check up with them on a daily basis....

21 Months left (2 tickets a week - 168 tickets ... hope the 0860 SINTECH line ain't gonna cost me TOOO much) ...

Well, speeds are down - dropped like a stone from my wonderous 10k down to between 1.5k and 2.5k. Notified the Orcs, who, in a sign of comradeship told me that the techs are working on my ticket. Yes, I can see that, was I getting too much speed on my 256k connection, so they made sure that I got throttled again?
