Anyone use centrastage?

Hey all out there!

I am looking for software that can help me monitor my clients PC's remotely without the need for a VPN or static IP. These will be your standard run-of-the-mill clients, ie home end users and small businesses that don't use servers.

Teamviewer only lets you do remote control,same as logmein. I have been using centrastage for my pc, and another one I have at home. Problem is, lol, I cant seem to find the client software to install on the remote clients PC's. Should I just create accounts in their names, and then log in with my credentials? Adding them to the user groups of my choice?

If anyone knows of a better solution to my needs, please let me know. I am not too scared of paying for the software, but it has to be reasonable. Not $1000 for a year or something stupid.

Any help would be appreciated.

The CentraStage Agent (CAG) is what you running on your PC (it acts as both an agent and a management tool). You need to install an agent on each device you want to manage. You can download an agent using the "Download Agent" link on the left hand side of a profile page. The agent will connect back to that profile once installed and connected.
