Anyone used cacell.co.za?

I want to get a dual sim galaxy s8, and the cheapest I've found online is this:

They seem to be legit from what I can tell [despite the crappy-looking website] and their facebook page seems fairly active. I phoned them and the guy said their phones are imported from Dubai and are covered by the store with a 1 year warranty.

They appear to be linked to eltel in sandton city and they said I can view the phone there if I want to.

Are they reliable?

I bought two phones from them, back in the day.

Nokia 5800 Music Xpress-or something, I can't remember- and a S2. Something went fcky with the 5800 screen and they eventually replaced it. (It was a bit of a mission though, I won't lie.)

When something went wrong with the S2 -I think I bricked it, I can't remember- I just took it to the Samsung service center in PE and they sorted it out no problem. (I think there was a 1 year Samsung warranty on it and they fixed it, literally, a couple of days before the warranty ran out.)
Sorry for the vagueness, but it was quite a while ago.

So, to answer your question, "Yes, they're legit."
