I installed nvidia system tools the other day, not because I want to overclock but because I put the fans on 'silent' mode and want to make sure that the system doesn't get too hot. Problem is, I'm not 100% sure what too hot is
According to the nvidia system monitor my GPU temp was ~45, the CPU ~50 and the MCP ~65. This is all in degrees.
My display card is gtx460, the cpu a x6 1090t and the mobo is asus m4n75td.
What are your opinions on the temps? What ranges should they be in and what is the max they should be? Also, what exactly is the MCP? I assume it's some or other temp on the mobo but I'm not sure.
Thanks
