Anyone used Sanlam Switch?

Naked is not happy I dropped my phone twice last year and toddler drop kicked my Macbook so looking for another Insurer.
Not really in the mood to go full Broker with Sanlam as yet but has anyone tried the app, claimed and been relatively happy with the process?

Will just be moving my portable devices. Car and House will stay on Naked for the moment.

Santam is well rated. However does anyone use Pineapple and has claimed from them?

Been using them for my cellphone and Macbook for 2 months. Much cheaper than Naked for sure. Will advise when I have to actually claim
