Anyone used Telkom online ordering?

Hi...

Has anyone used the Telkom Mobile online ordering function on their site to order a new phone/contract? Was thinking of going that route instead of going into a store..

I had the same thought and tried it, all I got was an email , they are useless imo.

I used it successfully last year, dunno if anyhing has changed since April or so.

I got a contract from their site. No real problems, I think that it would just have been quicker to go into a store.

I orderd a Samsung s4 mini last week...still waiting.
Phoned them 10213....They asked if I recived an sms....no sms
They gave me the transporters number to deal direct...will try Monday.
The thing is the sales lady told me it was a 100min deal and will be charged per second....not true.
