You have to download it from Apkmirror because it ain't available in the Sa play store as yet but once installed it works great, so far I prefer it to Google, opens webpages and links within the app which I love(google you need to switch back and forth between it and your default Web browser when opening links and checking more info) and seems quite polished and interesting. Granted I don't really use the Now aspects of the google app much but from the voice search side Cortana seems to have the edge when managing and utilising search results.
It also seems some aspects of the app look far ahead of Google, chatbot integration for one is already rolled out and being used by some businesses.
