anyone using the drifta around belville

Hi guys

i want to buy me a drifter but need to know if there is maybe some guys who use the drifta at home or work in the belville area

if you do can you tell me whats the reception and quality like

cos i dont want to buy one and then have no coverage

the map shows perfect coverage but since when is that ever true

Using it at offices just of durban road. Quality is excellent inside that building...

I use mine at the far end of Durbanville and I get 100% signal strength, even when the antenna is not fully extended.

ok great cos im not far from durban road ..more towards university of western cape

I use it at work in Sacks Circle Bellville South 100% signal and no problems

It's quite likely that the transmitter is on Tygerberg. So if you can see Tygerberg, you should be ok.

I'm in Stellenbosch and the tower is under 1 km from me. I don't need to extend my antenna and even if I wrap my hands around my drifta to kill any signal it still works.

Get good reception just of Durbab road. Close to the train station.
