Thanks - card pmt would be easier…I have been with them for 3 months. Smooth migration from Axxess. No downtime so far.
The bad:
- I miss the dashboard to view my usage statistics though.
- Online portal useless. Email and call only options to reach them.
- No credit card payment. I'm using EFTs.
- The R1 offer is a 12 month contract.
Overall I'm happy with them!

I gave notice to my current fibre ISP asking them to terminate 3 days before month end as I did not want to deal without fibre over the weekend as month end is this weekend and have made the mistake before of trying to activate over a weekend.I am with them since 2018. No issues. VUMA line. Small ISP but great customer service. Only problem is that there is no online or App to self service.
Call them and try them out.
