Anyone with ActiveFibre?

I have been with them for 3 months. Smooth migration from Axxess. No downtime so far.

The bad:
- I miss the dashboard to view my usage statistics though.
- Online portal useless. Email and call only options to reach them.
- No credit card payment. I'm using EFTs.
- The R1 offer is a 12 month contract.

Overall I'm happy with them!

I am with them since 2018. No issues. VUMA line. Small ISP but great customer service. Only problem is that there is no online or App to self service.

Call them and try them out.

I gave notice to my current fibre ISP asking them to terminate 3 days before month end as I did not want to deal without fibre over the weekend as month end is this weekend and have made the mistake before of trying to activate over a weekend.

Line got released today by my old ISP at 8.26am (I had to call to remind them to release it - was supposed to be released at midnight) and I then called Active Fibre (Applied with them end Aug already) at 8.34am to advise them that it is now released as it was not released at midnight.

They double checked my object number and said they will call me back to advise when the line will be active.

At 9.16am they called back and advised the line is active.

I thought that was supa quick to activate!
