Anyone with Telkom ISP been Uncapped??

I am considering getting TelkomInternet, and with all these "mistakes" they are making it seems a good choice, but how long will they be doing this? Cybersmart may be cheap but I like the idea of 60GB

I've done 27GB up until Monday, 23rd Jan, and then they suddenly capped me
I just happened to check my routers lights flash 2day and voila im suddenly uncapped again. Im not gonna ask any questions though

Weirdest thing of all - my bandwidth monitor is reset to 0.00MB

i am capped on another account! they cut me off i cannot even connect to the net. it says user name or password incorrect..

i phoned in and they said if i go way over my cap then i get "cut off"

BTW i have a 3 gig and i did 24 gigs....

Although TelkomInternet currently allows capped users unrestricted access to sites, e-mail and applications, TelkomInternet reserves the right to deny authentication to any ADSL users dependent on network usage over and above the prescribed cap.

Should you reach your cap with this option the capping rules change slightly - you will be assigned a new IP range which will put you on a throttled international link and international service could be non-existent, since it depends on the amount of capped subscribers on this link and will therefore become increasingly slower as the month progresses. Once capped your local bandwidth will remain as is and you will still have full access to any local sites and email hosted on local servers.
Please note that this does not apply to sites with international links.

This option is available with the Advanced and Premium packages.

I got capped on the 7th of this month on my one account, I had reached 3.07 GB. I called in to find out why as their email states "TelkomInternet have opted to offer you an average usage option that will keep you online until such time that the average usage for all subscribers reaches the service threshold." Note the ALL subscribers!!! I called and placed a compliant, and they said that it does not apply to ALL users, but to a range of users, but how that range is determined, they were unable to tell me.

Here is the email I get everyday:
