Ok this is honestly just taking a shot in the dark but I sent my phone in (3rd time) to MTN to be repaired, its still under warranty and this time i sent it in on the 6th of september (over a month ago) and i still havent got any word about it. I have gone into the shop multiple times and still have nothing last time it took a month for them to return but now i have no clue when i will get it... so is there anything i can do i mean i am paying for a phone every month that im not getting :(

I had the same problem but when I got the phone back they claimed water damage... though it was the software.
 
But i really dont even know who to even speak to about this ?

That is ****ing classic.

The only company that sucks so much that google gives you a direct link to their complaints page! I wonder if their CEO knows? You should tell him!

Probably, but MTN is a huge faceless corporation with no morals or ethics who will purposely sink you through legal costs. They'll force the case to the high court, where you'll spend more than the cost of your phone daily to argue the case.

Your best bet is to badmouth them in the press, tell everyone you know what they did, and hope that some PR drone notices, and pays you off (or replaces your phone) to shut up.
 
Well i got the phone back yesterday but i dont have any faith that it will last long seeing as this is the 4th one i have got i sent it away before this time and they "replaced the main board" had it one day and it stuffed out so this time they "replaced the main board" so we will see how it goes
