APN Usage and Account Error

Hi Guys,

I have been struggling with my APN account for the past 6 Days. But with no luck in resolving an issue which I was told is now with the Dev team as there is an issue on Afrihost. But I am left with no internet? Having spent money buying data a few times and still left stranded. View ticket [#XEN-154-38236] for the details.

Our Dev Team did correct the issue on your Mobile Data package. Are you still struggling to request the downgrade to a Mobile One package?
