"App Error 523" Blackberry Error 8520

Hi, wifey's phone is displaying "App Error 523" RESET.
She says it just started doing this while she was playing "Hangman".

When you prees the "middle selection key" (Home key in Android) it restarts, black screen, Blackberry sign and loading. After loading you see the Voda logo, home screen them starts "verifying Security Software" - loads, up to like 70+% then again it displays a White Screen "App Error 523" RESET. It just repeats this over and over again.

I tried removing the battery, SIM card, Memory Card, etc etc....
I also tried to connect it top the PC but the BB Software Manager wouldnt recognise the phone. It hangs on Connecting.

Is there a workaround, or should I just take it to Voda Walk In Centre, like in Menlyn?

Best bet is to take it in. They will have to do a software re-install.

You can start the BB in safe mode,then run the desktop manager to reload/update the OS. To start in Safe Mode do a battery pull and hold Escape till the phone has completely started up ( takes a while )

I've had to do this twice in 3 days now with BBs
