Does anyone know of an app (preferably freeware) which can ping a specified IP address at specified interval, and then has a graph of latency vs. time? Kind of like the MRTG-like graphs on Linux which monitor latency.. that kind of thing.

MRTG runs on win32 as-is... there are win32 binaries of it.Peter7 said:

PingPlotter is a network troubleshooting and diagnostic tool. It uses a combination of traceroute, ping, and whois to collect data quickly, and then allows you to continue to collect data over time to give you the information you really need to identify problems (both short-term and long-term trends).
PingPlotter is unique in its ability to collect data, over a period of hours, days or weeks, allowing you to then focus on particular aspects of that data to determine where the problems are happening. Of course once you've found the problem, you need to communicate that problem to someone that can help, and Ping Plotter graphically shows problems in a way that is compelling and intuitive.

I'm basically just wanting to monitor a number of sites from an ADSL connection to see what the network degradation is at different times of the day, week and month, particularly to IS and UUNET sites as the congestion can be pretty bad sometimes.
