app world

is there a problem with the app world? i called 082155 they told me there is something wrong with the latest update. so i want to know when will fix it. they gave [email protected] because they don`t know. i mailed them 2 weeks ago, still no answer.

if there was a post about this issue,... i was not on mybb for over a month.

I downloaded 3.1.xxx and the app world icon disappeared. Today I got like 3 emails sending the download link and a knowledge base link to read about the explanation.
Tried it, still didn't work. Have to clear the logs once its running but its not working for me.

Have the same problem was told all blackberry except the ones running os7 will have the same problem.Could not believe that blackberry can not find a fix for this update,I was told this is world wide !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ving to android. I have an android TABLET I bought at pep.

i found out that if you update through wi-fi then the problem is sorted.
