For some reason App@SD is not listing the Facebook APP (pre-installed on phone) anymore) I need to delete and clear Facebook cache coz its eating up all my internal memory. Any suggestions?

Otherwise can't you just not use the fb app?
Sign out and use the Web browser to access fb, the fb android app is notoriously crap.

+1 Yip thats what I did, I use Flipboard if I need to access FB and never looked back
