Appalling service from webafrica

When I bought the service from webAfrica I was promised speeds upto 50mbps on a LTE network through Cellc. I am struggling to get 300 kbps download speed.
I live in Cape town southern suburbs, the signal is 4 bars when I place the router near the front of the house and no signal at the back of the house.

Contacted webafrica through their support section and only got standard copy-paste replies. No definite answer.
Now when I am requesting to cancel the service they say I can only cancel with effect from 31 December. They expect me to pay for their terrible internet service.
Completely unacceptable.
I switched to webafrica because Telkom is still trying to relocate my services to the new address for the last 3 months, a never ending battle and now webafrica.

Their internet website could give no such guarantees....it can't possibly due to the very nature of mob telecoms , signal strength, capacity of tower/usage per geo location,etc

I would stop my debit order immediately and challenge them from there.

If I stop my debit order can they blacklist me ? Sorry new in this country, dont want to mess up my credit rating because I might apply for a mortgage in few years.
