Apparently I have no voicemail?

Hi all

For about 2 weeks now I've been trying to get my voicemail via 121.
I always encounter two problems, one being that the call does not even complete (i.e it dials and then cuts itself off) and the second is getting a message that "this mailbox does not exist", please dial 111.
If i dial 111 and select the option for voicemail, it tells me to go dial 121

Does anyone know what has happened? I am on Vodacom

Call 111 and speak an operator by selecting 0 to resolve your problem alt register on Vodacom.co.za and active there.

Step 3: **62*(first 3 numbers of your number)131(last seven numbers of your number)#

That usually sorts it out.

3) Not reachable – Phone Off or Outside Coverage Area
To activate:
**62*0821482 Plus last 7 digits of your cell number#
To cancel:
##62#
4) Unconditional – Redirect Service
To activate:
**21*0821482 Plus last 7 digits of the chosen number#
To cancel:
##21#
