Assuming you’ve tried the additional tips it does take a week or two before they feel right.

Also people tend to point them the wrong direction and then the oval shake doesn’t sit well in their ear.

The mics need to point to your mouth, not downwards.

Not the tips that are the issue, it’s the actual pod casing itself. It physically hurts after 5 minutes. Had the same issue as the standard AirPods.
