I’ll definitely be upgrading from my APP2’s for the improved noise cancelling and potentially more comfortable fit (it’s also my only regularly used device that isn’t usb c)

My 16Pro is just fine.

Burnt orange colour - reminds me too much of my Sony Z3C

The Air is a lekker vanity phone - expect it to sell like hotcakes.

One guys all day battery is not the same as the next guys all day battery.
Why would they make that battery extension if the battery life is that good?
They said with the extension it will have the same hours of video playback as the pro. So again, I bet its going to cost the same or more than the pro with that battery extension, to get same battery life.
 
iPhone air has better battery than the 16e. Bloody impressive.
 
Not sure who really needed an iPhone Air. A slightly slimmer regular iPhone with bigger battery would’ve been probably very well received. The base model at least is a decent entry.

Watches and AirPods are better upgrade models for those who are a couple generations behind.
 
The air looks great but the battery life and zoom on the camera could be an issue.
I would like to get the new Pro but as always I'll wait for the second iteration of the new hardware.

For now I'll be satisfied with the new iOS and macOS, hopefully the Ultra 2 gets the sleep score.

To each their own. Slightly better battery than the impressive 16e and with being thinner. If I had the cash I’d get it.

You mean you’re one of those people who carries a phone with glass on both sides around without a case?
 
Well it’s been 4 years since I got my 13 Pro and Series 7 watch. Never take this long to upgrade, but the new kit actually seems worth it.
