Anything like bot-fly larva?

Unfortunately not. Botfly larva can be removed with some heavy squeezing and a pair of tweezers. The removal of fruit fly larva on the other hand requires skilled ninja rats that have been starved for a very specific period of time (if starved for too long they simply consume themselves which renders them useless).
Basically, you're ****ed.
