This case is pretty fair, and Motorolla has some explaining to do.
However, the other cases Apple should drop. Samsung has started making their products look different enough. The lawsuits should stop

Those people have hated Apple forever (I bet you will also find a disproportionally large amount of linux users among the commentators)
Looking at their last financial results, this is not harming their brand at all.

W ell IBM is the whole reason Microsoft own and go after companies in regard to patents.

Before Bill Gates run in with IBM they where just as anti patent as Google was 2 years ago. I guess its just another if you can't beat them join them world. All the while no one fix the real problem.
