Anyone out there who has had their iPhone stolen???
The wife can't remember her pass word so can't erase data
Got a new I phone and from backup puts her old stuff back
Still needs a password
Apple wants to send her her recovery details to her iCloud e mail account which she can't access

Why buy a new iPhone if you could have tracked her iPhone via iCloud ?

Two things one on my Icloud it showed off line and as she had lost her password she could not access Icloud but doubt there would have been any different

well it will show offline until it gets connected to internet having said that either will sim card you shouldn’t give up if seeing this ...Apple is very much a device you can’t access without the actual owners info or password not even your wife herself knows the password until contacting Apple and them giving her the info concerning she is the actual owner so be patient next time it works just patience is needed ...
