Agree. Looks much more sensible and level headed and less driven by emotion. Jobs had more hang-ups than a Xmas tree.

They're not. These are court mandated settlement talks. They are mandated to talk to each other, but not mandated to reach a settlement.
I imagine the talks will go the same way they did a couple of years ago when Apple offered to license certain Apple patents to Samsung
