Pretty sure quite a bit of money was spent ensuring the aesthetics of the design were to Apple standards, is it wrong for them to protect their investment from people who make exact copies? I agree it's rather stupid of them to try sue companies that develop tablets and phones that look similar. Exact copies on the other hand...

No, seriously compare the iPad to the Surface. Different aspect ratios, different button setup, the radius of the corners are different too.

Why would Samsung suddenly reverse course and alter their planned launch of Galaxy Tab 10.1?

According to PCWorld, “We will have to improve the parts that are inadequate,” Dong-joo Lee, executive vice president of Samsung’s mobile division, told Yonhap News Agency. “Apple made it very thin.” The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is set to be the thinnest iPad competitor, measuring just 0.43 inches thick. but iPad 2 will be even thinner at only .34 inches.

According to Dong-Joo Lee, there has been some inadequate parts taken out to change the thickness and the $600 initial price tag of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both offer definitive proof that iPad 2 really did affected the Galaxy tab.

Seriously - my LCD has rounded edges? Anyway, Apple is pathetic and I will never recommend anything of theirs to any of my clients, ever! People used to rave at me about how awesome their iPod's were and I just showed them an MP3 player with all the same features for less than half the price. It just makes no sense whatsoever.

To be honest, I can't even remember - I listened to both at the time and couldn't tell the difference in sound. I gave it to my GF's son because I prefer phat speakers on my headphones, and my audio system. We're talking 2003'ish.
