Apple TV 4 SD Previews

Does anyone else have a problem whereby when you switch your iTunes Movies settings to Standard Definition it stays the same quality as HD. The Apple TV 3 you could clearly see the change. Now the movies I rent take forever to start because I only have a 4mb line where on the 3rd generation TV it was fine.

Have you updated to latest version of TViOS.
I updated last night, not sure what it fixed or added tho.

I have, I even went to the iStore and tested theirs yesterday, exactly the same.
