Apple TV+ on Cool Ideas/Vuma

I have a 100Mbps Cool Ideas package on Vuma. We use various streaming platforms, including DStv, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video etc. I have absolutely no issues with low resolution, or buffering on any of those services. Even 4K works perfectly, as it should... With Apple TV+ however, I’m experiencing extremely low resolution and buffering. It is unwatchable. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Experiencing similar low resolution with Cool Ideas and Openserve 500Mbps, especially during peak.

Apparently some ISPs (Afrihost and Cool Ideas, maybe others) are getting some Apple caches from the US to help out, should be here soon?

Yes, there is an ongoing issue with what seems to be congestion with Apples capacity. Caches should resolve this soon.

Yup, I can confirm the poor performance with Apple. I have requested several refunds of movies I rented and couldn't watch.
