Apple TV2 latest update issue

Since updating to the latest ver for ATV 2 I have to restart iTunes after every episode/movie in order to watch another.

Restarting the ATV 2 doesn't make any difference.

Anyone else having issues - and can I get back to the previous working version ?

I haven't been able to do the ATV update yet, but I have the same issue. Have you tried connecting the ATV to your router by ethernet cable? I was thinking of trying that, to see if the problem is the wifi connection.

is there an update after 5.0.1?

I think you should just untethered jailbreak with Seas0nPass and use xbmc

I've never used a wi-fi connection, only ethernet.

But it's not a rare problem....
