Fairly standard creator video. His points on the design are silly. You can easily recognize them from the sea of round watches and it's more usable. You can also get watchbands more expensive than most other smartwatches. His point on the scratch is fair but I'll still get my next one new. After close to a year I've only added some micro scratches to mine.
Anyone know if the LTE will work here if I order a Watch 7 Cellular from Amazon (Renewed)?

Which Amazon?
Cannot see which bands are supported, that is why I am asking
Never had an Apple Watch and today I got my first, the latest SE (was on special at the iStore). Will take it through its paces …
I've disabled my Always On in favour of lift to wake. How are you liking it?
Had a look at the SE and it's nice but the lack of Always On Display sounds like an odd omission for a watch.
Lift to wake works 95% of the time for me. I do miss the qwerty keyboard though. The handwriting keyboard is pure junk. How are you liking it?

It connects to WiFi if the phone isn't in range. Can someone school me on gps vs cellular and which is the better buy.
I get that if you leave the phone at home then the GPS model is offline-only, but what about around the house or garden? Does the GPS version connect to WiFi or the phone?
Like, I normally head out to the garden with the dog and would leave my phone charging and connected to WiFi. In that case would the GPS version receive any notifications over WiFi or would it just be offline-only as it’s out of Bluetooth range?
Edit : Seems like the Apple website implies that it’s all good over WiFi if Bluetooth is out of range : https://support.apple.com/en-za/HT204562
Cellular is useful if you go running / cycling / hiking without taking your phone along, but it kills the battery faster. My first cellular model was a series 7 and an hour's run while playing music would easily drop the battery by 50%, maybe even more by the end of its life. Can someone school me on gps vs cellular and which is the better buy.
