Application to track bandwidth usage?

So I am looking for a simple application that is able to track the amount of bandwidth used, on various computers and save it to disk, In any format.


Optional things which would be nice, is the ability to e-mail the file to a e-mail address at a given time. (there was somethong else which I forgot)


I have searched the forum, but it wasn't too helpful and searched the interwebz via Google.


I have tried the obvious choice, NetLimiter and it wasn't to wonderful for what I wanted.

Any recommendations?
