Applying for a passport - error on DHA site.

Hi,

Anybody having the below error on the DHA site ..... "No Official Passport application can be captured Product not supported on this platform."

Ok thanks , so a Maxi passport is alot thicker with more pages.Seems to be exactly what i need.
 
Yeah I had this as well and it was because the idiot at the HA office over 10yrs ago never marked the passport as collected so the business rule is you can't get a new one... But nope, a clear error message is beyond this lot to ever put together.

Also had the same issue when I renewed mine like 4 months back... was able to get in contact the with call center and they advised the previous one was not marked as "collected". So just sent an email to the relevant branch manager and within 24 hours I was able to apply for it

I struggled for months. In the end I had to pay a bribe to get someone to fix it
