Applying online

Has any of you applied to telkom's Do Broadband Service online?
If so, did you have a good or bad experiance?
 
I did, but boy was it a mission following up, each time I phoned they had to spend 5-10 minutes trying to find the order, even with an order number! :eek:

Phone them, or apply in person, rather.

When I applied for the business ADSL Line, it was a real nightmare, but my home ADSL Line was done in a week.Was pleasantly surprised.
