Telkom sms'ed me to say I have an appointment next week Monday for my DSL installation, but no time was given. Apparently it's an all day appointment, so they can rock up at any time. Now seeing as no-one is home during our business hours, how will this work? I can go there if someone calls me, but doubt the tech will call as soon as he arrives at my door?
