Apps Keep Crashing

Hey Guys

For some reason all my google apps and some of the other apps on my phone keep crashing when they are open (They are still active but minimize themselves). I haven't changed anything on my phone so no idea what is happening ? Any suggestions ? Using an S10E
 
Installed pending update of android webview from playstore resolved it for me..

What version do you have currently?
I only see the 89.0.4389.105 version, and this did not resolve the issue.
 
Thanks works know was incredibly frustrating
 
My phone was like this this morning
There was no update on the Play store for me
But disabling WebView and reinstalling Chrome fixed it for me
I can't reenable WebView anymore though

That's the version that fixed it for me..

If you are feeling brave, perhaps try the beta one..?

Seems that uninstalling all updates and then installing it again resolved it.
Maybe something was "stuck" ...
 
Wow. Didn't expect this to be an issue for so many people.

It just started this morning on my phone.
Seems rebooting and opening PlayStore a few times sorted it.
 
Workarounds:
Remove Android System Webview updates
Remove Chrome browser

Fixes:
Update Android System Webview (if enabled,if not see above first) - Aptoide has the update if Play store doesn't

Notes:
Mine still crashes with updated Webview with Chrome enabled

Since this morning my Gmail and Truecaller app just crashes. It opens and briefly then closes. Samsung S10.

Don't disable the app.

Uninstall the most recent update and you'll be fine. Had the problems with 2 devices today and that worked in both instances.

My phone disabled Webview and didn't allow Chrome to be uninstalled or updates to be removed,thus the comment :)
 
Same here. Started yesterday.

Gmail and feedly keep crashing

Did a factory reset and ok now

Galaxy s8
